Exchanges
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not offer exchanges for consumable products unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
If your product is damaged or you received the wrong item:

Replacement: Once we review your request, we will replace the item at no cost to you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product is damaged or incorrect upon arrival:

Replacement or resolution: We will arrange a replacement or alternative solution at no cost to ensure your order meets our quality standards.
Missing Orders
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days:

Resolution: You may request a full refund or have your order resent while we investigate the issue.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for eligible cases (damaged, incorrect, or missing items).
Refunds will be processed promptly, but it may take a few business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.
